At Emory Old Town, we believe your pets are part of the family. Our pet-friendly community welcomes up to two furry friends per apartment home.

We require a $200 pet deposit and a $200 pet fee, with pet rent at $35 per month.

While we embrace pets of various breeds and sizes, certain breed restrictions do apply. Come home to it all—including your beloved companions. Please contact our Leasing Office for complete pet policy information.
